A recent project completed by The Plumbing Doctor team in Burleigh Heads involved the professional installation of a high-capacity rainwater tank designed to maximise water efficiency for a commercial facility. The team supplied and installed the new tank along with a high-performance pump and a fully automated rain-to-mains controller system, ensuring a seamless transition between harvested rainwater and mains supply. This setup now provides reliable water delivery to all toilets throughout the building, significantly reducing reliance on town water.
By utilising rainwater collection, the client has already achieved noticeable savings on their quarterly water bills, while also contributing to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible operation.
